Intermezzo

So, back from the holiday where other people eat turkey till they collapse, and I’m not really any the worse for wear. I slept a lot, I drank eggnogg, I even got some stuffing. And tonight, I shall cook a mycoprotein faux Turkey.

Yummy…

Well, let’s see. The weather is getting steadily colder, I’m reading more than I was, but still at a creative slump. I’m just not inspired to writing poetry or drawing or crafting at the moment. I wish I was. Feeling a bit out of touch with myself.

Okay, more than a bit.

I’m also starting to feel like a bit of a shut in. I don’t seem to have a life outside of the home, I’m feeling old and stuffy. My new year’s resolutions will be to root out ways to breathe new life into my existence, and to recapture something of the me I’m missing.

Not feeling very passionate at the moment. Hungry though.

/out to lunch.
